I believe you are adressing a HUGE market potential in low wind residential, without heavy roof loads like for solar, huge potential.

Am I correct in assuming that you will have an anemometer near the alpha unit so you can gauge the performance at low wind speeds?

Nate, how did that black direct drive 36 pole radial (pancake) alternator work out? I have one that puts out a good voltage and current at low RPM (60-100 rpm) but loads heavy at full load. I was wondering if a 3-D printed ring gear for a belt drive attached to the drum of the alternator could reduce the full load torque to a manageable level.

I've not looked back through old episodes. What I have not heard anything about is what size base/cement pad are you currently thinking these turbines are going to be needing? Your not done designing so it could could change. I understand that needed flexability.

How much power would a turbine probably produce, that fits exactly to the frame shown in your video? Thanks a lot!

I really like you are testing and testing and testing others generators to find your exact needs re tourque and low revs generation.. your transparency comes thru Chris & Cheryl- well done Guys. Loving the updates! Unfortunately from the comments there are a minority of people that a) didn’t watch the video and b) don’t understand how complicated the process of development can be. I invested with StartEngine. I believe in you guys and your product. Keep up the amazing work!

Do you all have any of the product for testing? I live in the caribbean Trinidad and Tobago to be precise, we have high winds down here called the northeast trade winds it’s gonna be super for testing….

Why not take the opportunity to attach a garden hose and flush out any possible sediment in it? I did read where someone else tried something similar and when he pulled the element out, he couldn't put the new one in because sediment was preventing him.

Drag based high solidity rotors like this have been around forever and are nowhere near as efficient as modern lift based HAWT.

It is nice to see these folks. But I am hoping to see your turbine IN ACTION. I want to see it work and show how much power it produces and how that benefits a home owner , ranch, farm, or other business . Do you have a video of that ?

I note that the alternator coupled to the prototype is the EXACT same one I have and have been unable to locate a appropriate blade system. I know mine can produce .6V at 10 rpm and over 60V at about 60 rpm but it needs serious torque to not stall; the Harmony could be the answer! Lower coefficient of drag than the typical Savonius while producing equivelent torque. Most of the areas in my country have wind speeds at 20 feet of about 12 mph; well within Harmony's range of function. Would you offer the blade unit with a universal coupler for customers to utilze their own alternator?

Love the general update and LOVE the transparency with NO B.S. ! - most important when seeking Investors. Thank you for reminding me about the crowd funding. When you made the initial announcement, I was unable to successfully make an additional investment. But this time the process worked correctly, and I was able to put a little more money toward making your product a reality. I am still looking forward to trying one out on our farm. We usually have some type of breeze all the time and today, there is a storm building and the wind is blowing quite hard in gusts. I think your design is the key to taking advantage of all those different wind speeds. Speaking of storms, I know your design will furl as wind speeds increase but are you taking into your calculations sudden changes in wind speed. I'm watching the trees outside. There is probably a steady 10-20 mph wind, but sometimes I am seeing a sudden increase to double that or more. Will the turbine be able to furl quickly enough to protect itself and how long will it take it to open back up once the gust is gone. You have probably considered all of these things, but as I am invested (quite literally) in your success, I just wanted to mention those thoughts to you.
